Membership is current for 12 months.

Our health consumer representatives are made up of everyday people who want to improve health care.

To be a member you need to live in the Central Queensland Hospital and Health Service region and be 16 years or over. Queensland Health staff members are unable to be Health Consumer Representatives.

Your personal details will remain confidential and will only be used for consumer engagement activities co-ordinated by the health service. We will not store or connect any of your personal information from engagement activities with personal medical record information and vice versa.
