Thank you for registering your interest to be a member of our CQ Health Consumer Network.

As a Health Consumer Representative, you can take part in committees, consumer groups, recruitment panels, review documentation and other engagement activities.

You will need to volunteer a few hours of your time, depending on the activity and what you are interested in.

We'll provide you with orientation, training, and support.

Our health consumer representatives are made up of everyday people who want to improve health care.

To apply you need to live in the Central Queensland Hospital and Health Service region and be 16 years or over. Queensland Health staff members are unable to apply.

We are committed to a diverse and inclusive health consumer representation, reflective of our community.

Membership is current for 12 months. You can learn more about consumer partnerships at Health Consumers Queensland.

Your personal details will remain confidential and will only be used for consumer engagement activities co-ordinated by the health service. We will not store or connect any of your personal information from engagement activities with personal medical record information and vice versa.
