CQHHS is undertaking this survey to review and respond to the needs of junior doctors. This anonymous survey will encompass areas such as access to professional development leave, ease of payment of overtime and the culture of the facility.

Results of the survey will be analysed and reported to the Clinical Directors and Executives of the CQHHS to improve the experience of junior doctors in training.
