CQ Public Health - COVIDSafe Survey
Overview
The Federal Government’s COVID-19 tracing app was launched yesterday. COVIDSafe uses Bluetooth to collect information of people you come into close contact with who are also using the app. If you test positive, health officials will (with your permission) use the encrypted contact information stored on your phone to contact those you have been in close contact with.
The intent of this survey is to understand the uptake and usage of the COVIDSafe mobile application by specific workforce cohorts within the Central Queensland Hospital and Health Service catchment.
